Salary increases that work towards elimination of the discipline-based tiered system of pay
Greatly improved workload language that makes it possible for graduate employees to grieve excessive workload.
Expanded non-discrimination definition that includes gender identity and gender expression.
Elimination of mandatory reporting of outside employment by graduate employees.
Elimination of probationary period for ALL graduate teaching assistants.
Vision insurance plan completely covered by the Employer for the first twelve months.
Creation of a study to determine the extent that graduate students are employed as adjunct faculty
